This is very bad . They ruined my nail plate, the gel polish lasted exactly a day. Its outrageous. I also doubt the high-quality disinfection of devices.

One star is too much to give, worst services ever I have seen. My nails broke and gel pull off which suppose to stay at least for 15 days in the same day of the services and when I inform the saloon they refuse to fix itThe price are high the expectation is good customer care and services which is 0Waste of time and money

I get French ombre acrylic nails, they can last perfectly for 3 weeks, nowhere else I have gotten them done lasts so well for that length last time I got them done they lasted a month because I was travelling and they still looked great;Gina knows exactly how I like them and is such an expert I love them every time.It is also so amazing that they come to your house, as it takes a while so I can watch tv while getting them done. And sometimes also get eyebrows and pedi at the same time.Definitely highly recommend NBoutique and especially Gina for nails.

I tried classic Mani+Pedi for the second time with N Boutique Beauty Spa. Mildred & Vivian did a great job. The polish base and top coat used was a good quality I waited till next day to write this review and the Polish is perfectly shining with no finger print on it or any damage. Friendly and professional staff, great management and responsive immediate support on whatsapp. One of the few Service providers in Dubai that Customer Satisfaction and decent work truly matters to them.

It was the worst experience ever , i’ve never seen such service in Dubai , i did hard gel french extension which take 5 hrs to finish , it last less then 1 week in which the normal polish last more. I don’t recommend them at all. Even bad customer service when they saw the picture of my nails she said we can repair but it will be charged . Not worth it the money i paid , i recomend sacha salon or the salon or urban nails services they have professional and well trained staff.

After an hour of getting a gel pedicure one of the nail paints had came off. I had to wait a day for them to come and fix it. Then another one came off three days later. Never in my 10 years of getting gel pedicures has this ever happened!Worst thing about it was they tried to make me pay for another service so they can come and fix the job. Ridiculous! Now I am left with a missing colour on my toe nail because I refuse to pay for an additional service.I will not be spending my money on overpriced inexperienced beauticians again.I suggest going to a reputable salon where you know you are going to be looked after.I was a regular customer, used to get my lashes and facials. Now I refuse to give them anymore of my money if this is how regulars get treated.

I used the service twice in two weeks and spent a total of 1600 AED. The first time (full set gel nails, tinted eyebrows, pedicure and gel polish) appeared to be great. But less than a week later my feet felt like I’ve been walking on rocks for years. Second service, the day before my wedding got full set eye lashes, nail color change on my hands and feet and eye brow tint again (yes the tint was gone by the next day), by the next morning the eye lashes started falling off... and my pearl white gel polish on my hands turned tan the day after my wedding. I communicated with the company for a resolution a possible do over and after a week I still have not heard anything. I have sent them pictures to prove that my eye lashes fell off and my nails are now tan still no resolution. Save your money and go else where!!A month later— never heard from anyone in the Nboutique again— as I suggested go elsewhere— it’s loads cheaper and the customer service I am sure will be much better!

Receptionist booked me at 11am for eyelash extension and hair trim.. the hairdresser arrived at almost 2pm. 3 hours waiting time is unacceptable. When I called, the receptionist doesnt have any solution and drops the call most of the time. Hairdresser and eyelash extension professional was great but customer service of admin is the worst.

I had Emily for my manicure and Mary Ann for pedicure. They were both on time as I wanted. All set to go within 5 minutes they arrived. They had everything that it needed to get the job done. I must say Emily is really professional. She sat there for 2.5 hours, she was constantly checking if all good, any pain during the manicure and most importantly, she only delivers the best. She constantly check for your satisfaction and if any improvements needed. Thanks to Mary Ann as well. She did as what I wanted and ensured my comfort all the time. Emily and Mary Ann,I thank you for your amazing service . The only reason I’m giving four star instead of five is because I did mention the exact colour that I wanted and I was promised with it. The lady whom I contacted via WhatsApp. Sadly I don’t know her name. Maybe the next time, you can double check with your colleagues before telling your customer. The work is done perfectly but isn’t it a sad thing that I can’t get the colour that I wanted and have to just go along with the colour that they have?! And I’m paying to get what I want, isn’t it?! This disappointment could have been avoided with communication between the person who contacts the client and the service provider on the day.

I had requested for eyelash extensions as I have very thin eyelashes . Annie was the technician who did her magic and my lashes are transformed . I now don’t need eyeliner or mascara , a tad bit of kohl is enough to be ready and up and running .. super happy with the service amd all at the comfort of your home . Highly recommend them

NEVER order home delivery from this place. I paid alot of money and the nails lasted for 2 days!!!? They broke totally. It seems like the just want to take the money and they dont care about the after service. I messaged. them and there was no reply, when I called them, they keep cancelling my call, after they have seen my message with the concern! I am now send home from my work, because i am signing big contracts with investors and collaborations, i am not able to take the acrylic of and they dont want to do my nails, they saying I have to wait for 1 week, bacause they are busy?!?! Means that I not can work for 1 week or I have to spend another 250AED from somewhere else to fix the their issue!?? Which is not a solution in these tough times. Worst custoner experience and service I ever had!

I tried Nboutique home service for several times now. I was very happy with the service and became a regular client. Until one incident happened During my booking for blowdry and polish change. Someone from booking dept kept calling the hairdresser (more than 3 times) and interrupted her from doing my hair also asking her to rush. This is total disrespect to me as a customer, i expect the job to be done at its best. I reported my complaint via whatsapp, but received no reply!

Shreya has come this morning to do a curly blow dry. She has been so kind and helpful. She has done a fantastic job with my very difficult hair. I am very happy and will definitely book her again. She has also been very patient with my toddler who has been helping her along 👍
